Mariam Jorbenadze is the Founder and Managing Director of BMG Consulting Services, where she leads the firm’s investment advisory practice and oversees the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities for international clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Tbilisi State University and a joint Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Vienna and Stanford University. Her academic background combines strong legal expertise with an international perspective on cross-border business and investment. Prior to founding BMG Consulting Services, Mariam built more than ten years of experience in corporate and commercial legal consulting. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on complex transactions, corporate structuring, legal due diligence, contract negotiations, and investment-related matters, working with both local and international businesses. At BMG Consulting Services, Mariam is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic direction, identifying high-potential investment opportunities, leading project evaluations, coordinating due diligence processes, and ensuring that every investment recommendation is supported by thorough legal and commercial analysis. Her goal is to provide investors with transparent, well-structured, and data-driven advisory services, enabling them to make informed investment decisions and successfully enter the Georgian market.
